Thank you for taking the time to check in with us. DAP Creations has had some changes in the past few weeks and will continue to have changes coming up soon. A couple of weeks ago my husband, Boner/Jeff took a job opportunity that he couldn't refuse. So we have been a little short handed, but with the bad comes the good! We are excited to add two new members to our team in his place to serve YOU! You should see them hanging around this week. Boner will still be cutting all of our wood, staining, pressing T's and helping where he can. He plays a major role in each custom product that leaves our door.
There has been an adjustment period since this has occurred but we are working out all the kinks, trying to do our best to get to our customers in a timely manner.
We've added some new things to customize in our shop and are looking for more things every day to add everyday. Last week we worked on some fun license plates for all different sorts of things! We were able to get a small decal created and installed for a tattoo shop downtown as well last week. We have offered some new services that are just getting up and going. Like, lettering vehicles for companies. We are really pushing to be able to provide all different sorts of services to our customers.
We are slowly getting inventory and stock available to see as well as for faster order completion. Starting October 1, 2021 we will be requiring at least a 50% deposit on all orders that are custom. This places your order in a queue and allows us to have your products in our inventory.
LOGOS!
We create your logos for FREE. We are able to send you a photo of your logo and put it where ever you would like. Unfortunately, we are unable to send any larger files due to the software that we use. However, we have your logo for life, it doesn't go away. At any point we are able to edit it or use it over and over again. This is one reason that we create them free of charge.
We are STILL a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. We offer labels that you may purchase in store. We have boxing available free of charge in store. We offer to come pick up your packages with the purchase of a label. This means that if you or your business can't get to our store we will come pick up your packages, weigh them, label them and you are given the option to pay over the phone. Payment is required before packages leave.
We are still a vinyl dealer. We have a large stock of Heat Transfer Vinyl and permanent vinyl for all of your crafting needs. We have stock of blades here for when you need them!
